We book the HalongBay Cruise with them, the solution was cheap and in an amazing boat, they also offered us a free upgrade after our arrive in place. Their Sapa Tour are also cheap (they include the train cost) and with a good quality itinerary. The staff was always really nice and helpful, the room was clean, large and really comfortable!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. A special thank you to Lucky, who kindly rearranged my Hanoi itinerary, allowing me to enjoy even better experiences than I had planned. My room was clean, cozy, and featured a lovely balcony—perfect for unwinding. Although I experienced an issue with the water pressure on my first night, I reported it, and the team promptly fixed it by the next day. I had early excursions most mornings, and the thoughtful kitchen staff prepared breakfast takeaways so I could eat on the go—a truly considerate touch. This was a beautiful introduction to Vietnam and its warm hospitality. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but I’m excited to continue exploring the rest of the country. Highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere!

Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable during check in and throughout the stay. They also gave us recommendations on where to go in Hanoi. The room has nice design, and it's clean and comfy. It looks exactly the same as the picture posted. Soundproofing also meets our expectation. The hotel is located in a quieter corner of the Hanoi Old Quarters, where you can find lot of nice restaurants and attractions nearby while enjoying the relatively quiet stay at the same time. It is about 10-15 mins walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is a small local coffee shop, a local banh mi stall and a local bun cha shop, as well as a convenience store located near the hotel. Very convenient.

The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the rooms offer a comfortable retreat.

Staff are supper friendly and make you smile the moment you walk in. We were checking out early and they tried to arrange an early breakfast for us. Room was nicely renovated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to connect to Netflix on TV so we chill out watching our favourite movies. Breakfast was simple but very delicious and there was something for everyone. Hotel has great location; the street is not too busy (in Hanoi old quarters standards) so noise from the road did not disturb us; there is great sandwich place and Circle K just around the connect, not to mention bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
